How your images are handled

Uploaded images are used only to generate your result. During processing, an upload may be briefly written to temporary working space on the server. Temporary working copies are removed when the request completes normally; a server interruption can delay cleanup until the service restarts or system maintenance removes them. We do not keep images as permanent records, back them up, publish them, or use them to train models.

Account data

If you sign in with Google, we store your email address, display name and avatar picture in our database (Cloudflare D1) to identify your account and subscription.

Feedback data

When you submit feedback, we store the category, your message, an optional email address, the page language and URL, your browser's user-agent string, and a salted hash of your IP address for spam protection.

Usage counters

We count daily/monthly feature usage per hashed IP address (anonymous visitors) or per user ID (signed-in users). We do not build advertising profiles.

Cookies

We use only functional cookies: a session cookie after sign-in (te_session, 30 days), a language preference cookie (te_lang), and a short-lived OAuth state cookie (te_oauth_state, 10 minutes). No third-party tracking cookies are set.

Third-party services

Google is used for sign-in and Cloudflare for hosting and the database. Paid checkout is not open, so no payment data is sent to Creem.

Retention

Feedback and account data remain in our database until reviewed for deletion. Usage records remain in our database after their quota period expires; expiry does not itself remove stored records. You may request deletion through the feedback form or by email. We are still establishing a verified deletion workflow and cannot promise a fixed deletion deadline yet.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via the feedback form or by emailing us.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13 (16 in the EEA/UK).

Changes & governing text

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on this page. If this policy is available in multiple languages, the English version prevails.
